Pendemic leadership and scientific temperament

PANDEMIC ,LEADERSHIP 
& SCIENTIFIC TEMPERAMENT 
The Human history is mainly consist of only two things ,the Leaders and the pandemics , because these two are the main elements that shape the history and set examples about what should be done and how it should be . The history books are full of pandemics that ended the most prosperous civilizations and the leaderships that destroyed Nations for the sake of their ego. The incidents of  quest for leadership or fight against fatal  diseases are  very common in human history . 
The leadership plays key role in the rise or downfall of any civilization or nation . Apart from Leadership scientific temperament  should also be considered as standard while choosing our leader , In 90’s when the HIV break out in South Africa, their  leadership failed to deal with it due to lack of scientific temperament , Their leaders were busy in making dumb statements and denying the facts about the disease that made  10% of the population succumb to the disease .
Since the origin of human species it has been perceived that woman are less capable to man and the quality of leadership is masculine . But do we have any example where woman failed to lead her nation ? the answer is No but we all never think for  even a fraction of second before calling a woman bimbo or telling her that how dumb she is . 
In the entire human history there had been no such incidence when a woman leader had failed to serve her nation, The most recent example is German Chancellor Angela Merkel, When on the other hand the world leaders like Donald trump and Jair Bolsonaro are being criticized for their dumb comments and worst approach towards combatting COVID-19 , She is the one who not only observed the situation attentively but also worked on the facts, When the leaderships of the countries like China are busy in hiding the number cases in order to show their fake supremacy , She came out with the bold statement that “there is a high possibility of 33% German  population being infected  with COVID-19” . She had always been fair and to the point to her people . She has a 30 year experience and scientific temperament along with her knowledge in physical chemistry that  is helping Germany to sail out of this crisis. From Manikarnika to Merkel , Woman are born leaders who are and will be remembered for their valor and leadership .
